All pieces supplied are the best available to us at the time, ideally new, Ist quality (which will apply to most items from patterns discontinued under five years ago).
There may well be minor variations in glaze shade from your original set, as different production batches are not always true to each other (glaze formulation is quite difficult to replicate).
Earlier items may well be 'second -time -around' and as such could well exhibit some traces of waer,however we do strive to ensure nothing leaves us chipped, cracked or excessively worn.
When pieces become scarce we cannot always maintain our ideal standard - though we do try to give as accurate a description if quality as we can.
If your order does not come up to your expectations and should you wish to return any item for whatever reason, please do so within ten days, using the original packaging, and notify us by telephone of the reason, quoting the original invoice number. We cannot accept returns for full credit after that period with out good reason. We do not normally refund postage.
We reserve the right to deduct 15% from any credit given on new items returned if no defect is apparent.
Delivery charges calculated by the 'shopping cart' may not be accurate - we reserve the right to amend appropriately (either up or down), but will endeavour to notify changes before despatch.
